My family has given me the courage to embark on this journey. Without their understanding, I don’t know if I would have branched out into the world of on-line marketing and writing.  Coming from a medical field I had no idea about where to start.

With this site I hope to show you how I began my journey and where I am at in this learning process.  A great person once said ‘that life is a learning process and once you stop learning you are dead’. I believe that there is much to learn and so little time to do it.

My journey started out as a nurse in Philadelphia, PA.. My passion was Pediatrics.  Can’t stand to see a child in pain. You see I had an injury when i was 3 years old and it left scars with all the surgeries I had to have.  A head nurse once told me that nursing wasn’t for me because I became to emotionally involved with my patients. When I left clinical nursing, I worked in a pediatrician’s office, finally after my last child was born I had enough. The nursing field had changed.  I thought I could set aside the “nursing process” forever. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Life and business requires that same process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Every project I take on requires me to assess the possibilities and needs, diagnose the problems, plan how to achieve my goals, implement the plan and evaluate my results. I learned much from my nursing career that continues to help me today.

I was starting a whole new life. Lets get started I thought, so I jumped on-line trying to find my niche.  Along with my husband, we jumped from opportunity to opportunity. Like they say, every new shiny program. You know the make it rich quick schemes.  Lessons learned there. We made a little money and others not so much., even lost. There are articles on this site about opportunity hopping. Please read.. Important..

We struggled but, one day, the mother of my old babysitter called me and introduced me to her heath product business, that she was in for 8 years and making good money. I really didn’t care about the business since I had a bad taste in my mouth from the first lesson.  But, my friend gave me an higher position in her business. Here too we learned some important lessons. From one MLM to another.  I had no idea about anything. What is the difference in comp plans. How to market. Wow, a lot to learn. I partnered up with a mentor who didn’t feel the need to teach me.  Just told me to go listen to this guy’s webinar’s on how to market. I knew nothing about selling but she refused to help me. I had to work hard for it.  I had to figure things out on my own.  There was no babysitting on her part.  If she thought she did something good, I have to laugh. Needless to say I didn’t make it at that business but I did learn and gave it a good old fashion try.

That’s when I ventured on-line again and found an Internet business that clicked. This was an 4 year old on-line business.  I was intrigued with this business because my eyes were opened by a guy who was making over 20K a month. By this time I had learned a lot about doing my research and find that all the pieces fit.  I refused to fail and am working my tail off 14 hours a day at the least.  Someone told me once, how bad do you want it? If you really want something you need to work like your life depends on it and mine did.

Please let me know if there is anything that you would like me to add that would help you with your business.
